At Azil Studio, we want you to shop with confidence. That's why we offer an Open Parcel Before Payment facility on eligible Cash on Delivery orders.

How It Works

When your parcel arrives, you can open and check your parcel in front of the delivery rider before making payment.

Receive your parcel from the delivery rider.
Open the parcel before payment and check the received article.
If you are satisfied with your order, you can accept the parcel and make the payment to the rider.
If you are not satisfied with the order, you can refuse the parcel and return it to the rider immediately without making payment.

Return & Refund Policy

At Azil Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied with the product, or there is an issue such as size, product condition, or any other genuine concern, you may request a return within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To request a return:

You must contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
Please provide your Order Number and details of the reason for return.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, accessories, and attachments must remain intact.
The returned product must be received by Azil Studio in its original condition for the return to be approved.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

A 6% deduction will be applied from the refundable order amount to cover the delivery, payment processing, and applicable taxes/charges paid by Azil Studio for the delivered order.

Example:
If your refundable order amount is PKR 7,850, a 6% deduction (PKR 471) will be applied, and the refundable amount will be PKR 7,379.

Important

Return requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
The Open Parcel Before Payment facility is separate from this Return & Refund Policy. If you are not satisfied with your parcel at the time of delivery, you can refuse it before making payment.
Once you accept the parcel and make payment, any return request must follow the 24-hour return policy above.
Refunds will be issued through the applicable refund/payment method used by Azil Studio.
Return shipping arrangements/charges, where applicable, may be communicated by our customer support team at the time of approving the return.
